Q: I have to go study. Can I take a meal to go?
A: Yes, we have carry-out containers for students to take meals on the run.

Q: If I'm not hungry can I let a friend use my card?
A: Yes, but only if you’re there for the card to be swiped and you use flex bucks. Meals are not transferrable.

Q: Can I change my meal plan?
A: Yes, students may make changes to their meal plan selection each semester during the first two weeks of school.

Q: I ran out of flex bucks. What can I do?
A: Additional money can be put on your card with Dolphin dollars at the controller’s office.

Q: Can my friends come into Crossroads and sit with me while I eat?
A: No. Because of our food court design and unlimited seconds policy, guests are not able to join without purchasing a meal.

Q: What happens to my flex bucks if I do not use them by semester's end?
A: Those remaining at the end of each semester will be forfeited. We encourage you to use them throughout the semester.

Q: I'm on the block plan. What happens to the balance of my meals if I do not use them by semester's end?
A: Remaining meals will be forfeited.

Q: Do you provide catering services?
A: Yes. We offer a full line of catering for special events including the “No Frills” option that provides affordable catering to student organizations and other groups that have limited budgets.
